We rent furnished rooms and 2-bedroom townhouses in the darkside of Pattaya - on Soi Nern Plab Wan (aka Soi Sukhumvitpattaya 53) and Soi Khao Noi (aka Soi Boonsmapan), east of the railway.
The rooms are in an apartment block called Verdant Villa and are from 20 to 26 square meters. The monthly rents are:
- ฿5,500 - large room with air-con, kitchen, fridge and cable TV
- ฿4,500 - standard room with air-con, kitchen, fridge and cable TV
The daily room rate is B500. WiFi available for just B500 per month
The 2-bedroom townhouses are in Chok Chai 4 and Chok Chai Garden Home 1 Villages and rent for B10,000 per month and B1,000 per day, including use of swimming pool. Broadband in the townhouses is available for B800 per month (plus B1,000 installation unless already installed).
Verdant Villa is east of Sukhumvit at Central Pattaya Road (Pattaya Klang), a 6 minute motorbike ride from FoodLand and 13 minutes to Walking Street and the beach.

All our rooms and houses are air-conditioned and fully furnished. The bottled-gas stoves have two rings and extractor fans. All accomodation has housekeeping and laundry service as optional extras. Cable TV is optional in the townhouses.
Two of the townhouses have second bathrooms making them especially suitable for two couples or a family. We also have fresh water wells at the Villa and the houses. All houses are equipped with additional water tanks to cover times when the municipal supply dries up. Verdant villa is equipped with a central water filtration vending unit so you don't have to bring in bottled water plus you save money over convenience store prices.
Verdant Villa is popular with eBay sellers not just because of the low-cost broadband but also because there are reliable shipping services nearby that save queuing in the post office. And there's plenty of quick, cheap transport to the markets of Bangkok to source the items for sale on the 'Net. The Pattaya bypass runs across Soi Nern Plab Wan and Soi Khao Noi giving easier access to the motorway and reducing the trip from Bangkok Airport to just one hour.
Verdant Villa is in a safe neighbourhood and we keep you safer still with a night guard, bars on the windows and CCTV video surveillance.
